Sun Moon Star Resort Koh Phangan, Haad Yao

The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious, with fair prices to match. I especially loved the coconut shake; it was one of the best I've ever tried! Eating in the open-sided dining area while overlooking the garden and sea was a real treat. I enjoyed every meal there during my stay.

My room was incredibly spacious and well-equipped, complete with a microwave and great storage options. The beds were comfy, and I felt well-rested during my entire stay. Plus, the daily cleaning kept it nice and tidy. I really appreciated the thoughtful details like slippers and beach baskets provided.

The bathroom in my cottage was impressively spacious and well-maintained. I loved the strong water pressure of the shower, which is quite rare to find on the island! It made my daily routines so much more enjoyable. Even though there was a minor issue with leaking, it didn't take away from my overall experience.

The resort had a wonderful, family-friendly atmosphere that my kids absolutely loved. They enjoyed playing with the owner's adopted pets, which made our stay feel more personal and lively. It was great to see them engage in such fun activities while we relaxed nearby.
